Hi everyone; today my brain has requested a solution for two possibilites that have been troubling me.

Firstly, at work we access various 'control boxes' if you like, which we can issue commands into a webform on a web server hosted on the box- which presume rubs off as SSH.
So the first question is, security aside, is it possible to control your box via its own webserver which translates the commands into SSH one way or another? Thus avoiding proxies or limitations on the controllers end?

And secondly, I have my drive setup to share '/usr/www/lib/' on port 8888, '/shares/internal/' on port 80 and '/usr/www/lib/clutch/' on port 8080.
The only two that are accessible externally are the clutch and share (kept the WDMB interface secret lol).
But i would like to;
a) keep the existing security settings in lighttpd.conf for the web control interface
b) preferably use the same users/passes on the other two shares as the main interface.
Otherwise, b2) use another method (plain text is fine) for authentication on the other two shares.

If worst comes to worst; setting security for shares/internal would be cool, and i'll just move clutch. Which i'll probably do anyway lol
Just not sure how to edit the lighttpd.conf to get the desired results?

Thanks in advance,
Darren.
