To set up a ssh tunnel on port 8080 run the following command on your local machine:
ssh -D 8080 -f -C -q -N firstname.lastname@example.org
Where username is the name you use to login to your MBWE and your.domain.com is the dyndns name you have setup for you MBWE. This will create a tunnel from your local machine to your MBWE on port 8080.
You now need to route your internet traffic via this tunnel. Just change your proxy configuration in your browser to point to the tunnel. The address is 127.0.01 (localhost), the port is 8080, proxy type is SOCKS5.
I currently do this with my Mac (after following these instructions: http://macapper.com/2007/05/22/advanced-os-x-secure-tunneling-via-ssh/). Of course this requires a local ssh deamon (a given with any *NIX system).
If you are on Windows, someone else might have a solution.
