For reasons that I really rather not go into, i fried the secondary drive on my WEII.
It still starts up and shows as a network drive though, so I'm hoping I can do something worthwhile with the 500GB that remain.
Trouble is, in windows the drive still shows the two 'ghost' folders that it used to have before it was lobotomized, and when I tried creating two new shared folders and syncing my docs and photos to it, the drive quickly ran out of space.
I've only written about 5GB to it, so obviously there's more space there that I just down know how to get at.
Can someone walk this linux newbie through rebuilding the partition table, wiping ALL the windows data from the shared folders and configuring the drive to be a 500GB NAS?
Any tips at all would be greatly appreciated.
