Hello,

I have finally managed to install transmission from the guide. My only problem is now that only the upload torrent from URL is working, and not the file one.
Any idea?
I download the .torrent file than try to Open / Upload torrent file / than Browse / Upload and than I see my web-browser is refreshing and the torrent dont appear while from url it is working.
Do you define in the settings.json where the .torrents should be uploaded or what?

I have managed to update the transmission on my blue light mybook.
When I try to get the version what am I using:

/opt/bin/transmission-remote -si

Unexpected response: <h1>401: Unauthorized</h1>Unauthorized User-www-form-urlencoded

Check the settings.json file and get rid of the rpc whitelist, I think this was mentioned already in another thread.

Use the following command for get transmission info if you have authorization:

transmission-remote -si -n username:password
