Something hapenned and my My Book World Edition I doesn't work (rings remain off and the drive is not seen in the network). Took the disk out and connected it to my PC as a slave. Now, my windows XP Device manager can see the disk and the Western Digital Lifeguard App can also see it and tells me the drive is fine. Problem is Windows explorer cannot see it.
I just need to backup the files and send the disk to WD for warranty. If you could help me to do this, I would really appreciate it.
