Actually you can easily bypass the size limit. Just add the following lines at the beginning of your lighttp.conf :443 entry
server.network-backend = "write"
server.upload-dirs = ( "/shares/internal/PUBLIC/uptmp" )
server.max-request-size = 100000
Set the limit size to wathever you want (100 Mb in this example) and name the upload temp directories as you like (obviously you need to create them too - having several temp folders with different permissions could be of good practice, depending on what your purpose is, but one only does the trick) and chown it (at least one if many) to www-data:www-data. Take into consideration that the very same folder(s) will be used for webdav if you have it enabled so don't add another one just for webdav uploads. Hope it's of any helps.
I pasted those 3 rules in the lighttp.conf document using nano, but it doesnt seem to work,.. maybe they are placed wrong or something? does anyone know after what rule i must paste these 3 rule in the conf file?
