I have written a little PHP script, to accsess my files from the internet. But i have a problem with files larger than 2GB. I can't download them (404 not found). I looked up the specifications of the mini_httpd webserver here and they say they have a support for files larger than 2GB. Does anyone know how to modify mini_httpd to solve this problem?
Are you talking about a 2 MB file limit or 2 GB?
Hi kpxalex, have you tried the AccessBook Feature pack?
it is a web interface allowing you to download your files from your Mybook…
it uses lighttpd…

Thanks for your answers
Regards
I tryed to install AccessBook but someting went wrong.
I installed the Feature Pack Manager and then AccessBook,
but wenn I try to access the AccessBook webinterface the connection breaks up after about 5s.
after a restart I have access for another 5s.
I have the MyBook version 01.01.14 and I installed the Feature Pack Manager after a firmeware update.
Hi kpxalex,
frater found the solution for this problem :
Add the following line to the /opt/etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf file
server.event-handler = "poll"
i have just updated the Webserver Feature Pack to add this "Magic" line , so uninstalling Webserver Feature pack ,
then reinstalling it should solve the problem……
Many Thanks to Frater ( i have no idea how he could find this solution, i am very impressed… )
Regards,
Thank you verry much!
now it works great
Many Thanks to Frater ( i have no idea how he could find this solution, i am very impressed… )
We're doing what we can?
Are you inclined to contribute to a project of mine to bring optware-apps to dd-wrt?
I would love to have a killer lighttpd web application (webdav) and a control panel for /opt/etc/init.d so others see what can be done when you have your own webserver on your router….
What kind of router do you have?
I just bought myself an Asus RT-N16 (128 MB RAM, 32 MB flash, USB) and am now waiting for DD-WRT to support it….
