I have installed FeaturePacks Manager with Web_Server.
When I want to access the webserver I get 403 - Forbidden :-(, when don I have to set the permissions?

Well I disable Monkey.
I even uninstall en reinstalled Web_Server, still then same problem

The Error 403 Forbiden in AccessBook can occur when the Public folder is not defined to be "Public" .
This is due to the fact that the web server is running by default as nobody, who has no rights on private files.
In this Case, you can define a different user to run the lighttpd Server:
upgrade to WebServer v1.9, go to the Feature Pack Manager Menu,
select a user that has the rights to read your files and click Modify…
this should solve this " 403 Forbiden Error…"
