I copied a key from my local machien and placed it as an ssh key in /root/.ssh/authorized_keys . The key is getting ignored and every time I need to enter my password. Copying my ssh key to a remote host is a standard way for me to access remote machines without having to type a password.
Is there something that I need to tweak in the /etc/sshd_config file? If so what is it? Clues are welcome :)
