Ok, so iv installed Optware (I think) and went to SSH into my WD MBEW (Single 1TB Drive/Blue Ring) and got an error.
MacBook:~ cjnewbs$ ssh root@mybookworld
-bash: /bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/local/bin: No such file or directory
-bash: id: command not found
I just copied this out of my terminal window.
Basic command like "Clear", "ls", and "vi" have stopped working
I remember editing ld.so.conf. Could this be why its happening.
I was thinking that based on what i understand this file tells the OS what the application paths are, and if a command is being run by the SSH daemon as I log-in and I'v edited the file wrong could this have removed the ability to run commands.
Any idea how to sort this without losing all my data?
