This one has been frustrating me for a while and I wonder if you can help. I have installed Ushare onto my 1tb blue ring and its working perfectly. However, I cannot get it to automatically start when I turn on my device.
I installed it using the instructions here: http://www.mybookworldedition.co.nr/ushare.html and the instructions say that I need to run the following commands to get it to auto-start:
chmod 0700 /etc/init.d/ushare
chown root:root /etc/init.d/ushare
ln -s /etc/init.d/ushare S99ushare
ln -s /etc/init.d/ushare K02ushare
I have done exactly this and it simply will not auto start. Therefore I have to SSH into it every time I reboot and manually type 'ushare -D' to get it running. This is very frustrating. Is there any simple way that I can add the command 'ushare -D' to a startup file or something?
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
