After a period of time (not sure how long specifically), I lose connectivity to the MyBook. I can access the web interface, and log in to the device through SSH, however access to the shares is lost, and I cannot reconnect until I perform a power off/on cycle to the MyBook.
I have tried manually running Samba as suggested in the Troubleshooting thread and when running the command, the device responds by moving the outer lights in a circle, but I am still unable to connect.
The client OS's I have observed this on are Win XP and Win 7. I have an Ubuntu client, but I cannot now recall if I have the problem with that as well.
Any suggestions on a fix?
