I have an issue with my WD World Ed 2TB.
I've activated the SSH (from WD interface) then change the ssh_config in order to deny root login and also to deny password authentication. I've installed a RSA public key for a user I've created myself in .ssh/authorized_keys in the home of the user /shares. Everything worked smoothly until I've updated to 1.02.04. I guess the update removed my .ssh folder and now I cannot log anymore via ssh.
I've tried all kind of reset, reinstall the firmware, etc. nothing is resetting the ssh_config file so I'm sucked with a SSH server the allows only RAS authentication but the key is not there !
Is there an official method to reset the content of the file as it was when I purchased the disk? The problem is that I don't want to loose the waranty of my disk installing a different firmware or opening the case.
Thank you for any advice.
