transmission-remote: (http://localhost:9091/transmission/rpc) Error
Im using the /usr/sbin/torrent_helper script and getting this error message

So i turned to bash debug
nohup bash -x /usr/sbin/torrent_helper
it appears to be generated from

...i could not figure out why this error is occurring and it leaves transmission off
Has anyone experienced this and resolved this?
ipkg list_installed | grep transmission
transmission - 2.13-1 - Lightweight BitTorrent client and daemon, with web interface bundled.
