I am finding a simple php script called test.php on /var/www folder on my MBL. While it is handy to see all the PHP information (http://mybooklive/test.php) can somebody confirm that this script came from the original install and not by somebody with malicious intent? (I installed featurePack from teinturman and enabled web server but i suspect the test.php was there all along?)
Oh and thanks for having this forum. I am having a load of fun, and many of the issues I encountered has been already noted and addressed here so I am getting benefit of follower cloud.
One thing I would like to mention is that you can sFTP into MBL using the same credential for SSH. I use FileZilla from my home PC (and if you specify port 22, Filezilla recognize it as sFTP session) and in that way, I can edit/view any files from MBL on my PC using my editor of choice.
PS: sorry, I meant to post this in Mybook live section of the forum. It does not appear I can remove the post so I leave it here.
Installed mysql using aptitude. modx and drupal (both CMSs uses mysql database) seem to be working fine.
