I'm hoping someone can help me recover Twonky on my 1Tb MyBookLive.
I've recently moved the device and on powering back up hve noticed that Twonky is not running - the media server no longer appears on any of my DLNA clients and trying to access mybooklive:9000 results in a error saying that firefox cannot connect to the server.
I can no longer log into the WebUI. Whilst I can get to the login screen, when I type my password I am just returned to the login screen (I do get an error if I put the wrong password in so something is happending).
Accessing the MBL through Putty/SSH, I am able to login using root/welc0me but when I ask twonky to start using the following:
I get the following error repeatedly:
[Startup] - LOG_SYSTEM: upnp_ini_file_init_DATA_Dir : AppData folder - /var/twonky/TwonkyServer - cannot be accessed or not writable
I have updated Twonky to v7.0.5 and have tried to refollow the Twonky upgrade instructions to v7.0.8 to see if this solves the issue but get similar problems with the drive not being writeable.
I can access and write to the Public Share on the MBL as a samba share and the device is only about 25% full.
Any advice or direction to a thread dealing with this if it exists would be apprecaited.
