I think I am getting a similar issue, but for any packages I am trying to download.
[daden@AdenFiles zdaa]$ sudo /opt/bin/ipkg info svn
Depends: neon, apr, apr-util, cyrus-sasl-libs, expat, libxml2, zlib, openldap-libs, gettext
Status: unknown ok not-installed
maintainer: NSLU2 Linux <moc.spuorgoohay|xunil-2ulsn#moc.spuorgoohay|xunil-2ulsn>
Description: a compelling replacement for CVS
I tried your advice downloading the ipk file manually and trying to load from disk without much luck.
[daden@AdenFiles zdaa]$ sudo /opt/bin/ipkg install ./svn_1.5.1-1_arm.ipk
Clearing state_want and state_flag for pkg=svn (arch_priority=0 flag=16 want=2)
Nothing to be done
An error ocurred, return value: 4.
Cannot find package svn.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update'
I've tried the recommended feed and the mirror feed in the ipkg.conf - (http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feeds/optware/gumstix1151/cross/unstable/, ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/nslu2/feeds/optware/gumstix1151/cross/unstable/).
I looked through the source and tried increasing the verbosity but I am not sure why I can list and info the files, but I can't download or install them.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
