I corrupted the sshd_config file on my MyBook white light and now the ssh daemon won't start on boot, so I'm locked out of SSH. The web UI and Samba still work, but I can't access the /etc/sshd_config file via these.
A soft reset via the button on the back of the NAS didn't help, it doesn't restore the sshd config.
Getting a shell script to run via a fake firmware upgrade - as described on the MBWE-Get-In-test wiki page - could fix the problem, but that method is for the blue rings version, and doesn't work on white light. Any ideas on how I could adapt that method for the white light version, or otherwise fix the problem without resorting to a hard reset?
