First if this is in the wrong section i am sorry… i am a n00b here….
Following the guide via http://www.mybook-linux.co.nr/transmission.html
I got to the first section though came across a problem… :(
# cd /tmp/myfiles/
# wget http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/libxml2/2.6/libxml2-2.6.27.tar.gz
# tar xfz libxml2-2.6.27.tar.gz
# cd libxml2-2.6.27
# ./configure
# make
# make install
This is how it should of worked though i got the following error on line 5 ("./configure"):
[root@MyBookWorld libxml2-2.6.27]# ./configure
