I was looking for a way to disable twonkymedia, as I do not have any for use it. I didn't find a a procedure on this -otherwise excellent- resource. What I did eventually was commenting out a line in twonkymedia's init script. Would it be an idea to add this to the hacks and howto section?
SSH into the device (using putty, e.g., see elsewhere)
Edit the script ( I used nano):
Look for the following line (excluding the quotes): "nice -n -20 "$TWONKYSRV" -D -appdata /DataVolume/jewab -logfile /DataVolume/jewab/twonkymedia.log"
Comment out this line by prefixing it with two semicolons:
;; nice -n -20 "$TWONKYSRV" -D -appdata /DataVolume/jewab -logfile /DataVolume/jewab/twonkymedia.log
You can then reboot the MBWE: reboot (You can also do this via the webinterface, of course)
