I'm relatively new to Linux and new to MBWE hacking, but totally loving this site and what I can do with the box!
I tried to install CUPS on mine and ran into the same issues that other people have to do with being linked to the wrong library. However, CUPS is rather heavy for my needs anyway - I'd rather run a small program to give remote access to a USB printer and then run CUPS on a server and do the job spooling there.
Someone pointed me to http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/p910nd/ which looks ideal and should even be a quick compile.
However, my system lacks the C compiler and I have not yet figured out how to put it back. The problem is, my need for a print solution is kind of urgent!
I'd be eternally grateful if some kind soul would compile this program for me so that I can install a binary right away and get going. I'm sure it would be useful to others too.
