I think shares like this are created by the mionet application. (Mac user, so I can't be sure)

The folder idxxxxxxxx doesn't actually exist. It is a share that maps to /shares/internal. If you ssh into your mbwe and edit /var/oxsemi/senvid.inc deleting all the contents of the file and saving it back out the phantom share will disappear (you'll need to restart samba or reboot the mbwe).
