I did a firmware update, which totally messed up my Twonky 7.0.9 install on my My Book Live.
So I did a complete reinstall following this guide (Can't put links… "Complete guide to upgrade to Twonky 7 version (My Book Live ONLY) - work with single and duo").
After that, I tried to reconfigure what I did in my old thread ("Edit Twonky's view-definitions.xml to show a folder directly"). The problem is, it doesn't work anymore. When I access "Videos" I can only choose "Upper folder". But, when I click on "Rebuild database" the folder structure stays the same as before. So I can't access my shares anymore.
I'm using "Twonky Server 7 Video Folders at the root of Video Container" and "Custom Settings Interface add Rebuild Database button".
<view name='mylibrary' path='mylibrary.view'> <navtree> <container id='video' /> </navtree> </view>
# for Linux/NAS systems this is the basedirectory used for content sharing (prepended to all shares) contentbase=/shares/Public # CSV list of all shares, prepended by the type (A,M,P,V) and a '+' or '-' sign to flag enabled or disabled shares contentdir=+V|/shares/Public/Videos # set to 1 to include the folder name of the shares in the 'By Folder' navigation includefolder=0
I rebooted several times. I cleared the cache several times. I did a reinstall twice. As soon as I use the custom view-definitions.xml, I get the "Upper folder" bug. And without this mod, Twonky is pretty fiddly…
Can you help me?
